ï¶ Determined to deliver a high standard of teaching with consistency, my every lesson plan would include: clear learning objectives and outcomes; engaging activities; provision for a range of learning style preferences including VAK; assessment opportunities; links to literacy and numeracy and an evaluation. I have taught class sizes ranging from 15-35 pupils in a classroom to 50 pupils in an enrichment or intervention session. Of course, my responsibilities as class teacher also entailed preparation and development of delivery plans/ schemes of work which would fulfil the DfE & examination boards criteria; setting and marking homework etc.…
